Beginning with a focus on the traditional music of Kenya our aim is to help improve the quality of life for musicians worldwide, through the recording and sale of their music. At a time when many of the world's diverse and vibrant cultures are under threat of extinction, we are providing a means for their survival, an alternative to the all too frequently insensitive, clumsy or corrupt efforts at development that often show no concern for the cultures of the people whom they are supposed to benefit. |
